MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR, KATE STROZAK

Kate has a Masters in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London and has dedicated her career to studying and applying neuroscience to movement training. Her education background includes Pilates, Oov, athletics, dance, yoga, Gyrotonic®, functional strength training, bodywork and massage therapy, myofascial release, and cranial sacral therapy. 

Kate is committed to supporting students and other movement professionals in their educational endeavors through her work as a faculty member of Polestar Pilates, Oov Education, and The Center for Women’s Fitness. She fosters a collaborative environment conducive to meaningful education. Her priority is to encourage critical reasoning, questioning, and curiosity in her professional education offerings.

No. All you need is an open mind and willingness to learn! This course is applicable to anyone and everyone who wants to understand how the brain and nervous system work to impact movement, mood, and overall wellbeing.
Can I earn CEC's for this course?
Yes! You'll earn 4 NPCP CEC's for this course. PT's, OT's, and other movement professionals can also earn CEU's by applying for credit through their state's certifying organization.
