This course is designed with YOU in mind. Every element is built to honor different learning styles and the uniqueness of your brain. We don’t believe you should adapt to the course. The course adapts to you.
No matter your style, this course meets you where you are and helps you succeed.

Each module is broken into lectures no longer than 90 minutes, maximizing focus and retention.

Modules build on one another – starting with big concepts to boost confidence, then moving into deeper technical applications.

We recommend 3–4 weeks between modules to apply what you’ve learned on yourself and your clients, ensuring mastery through experience.

Alongside the lectures, you’ll get 12 movement classes designed to help you explore the material in your own body. These are taught in a less technical style so you can play, experiment, and discover practical applications for your clients. Classes are numbered for easy progression, whether you complete them before or alongside the lectures.

To help you get your questions answered, Meghann hosts a live virtual Q&A. You can join in real time to ask your questions directly, or, if you can’t attend live, submit them in advance and still have them addressed during the session.
Learning doesn’t stop at theory. Along with our lectures you can decide to join our in‑person Neuro Labs, you’ll:

Work directly with Meghann for hands‑on guidance.

Connect with the Neuro Studio community, teachers we know are the best in the business.

Practice with real clients experiencing the conditions and symptoms addressed in the course.

2026 Neuro Labs are in California, NJ, London, & Brisbane.

Since not everyone can join in person, you also have the option to participate via Zoom. Our virtual group is fully supported and monitored by the instructor who isn’t teaching live, so you receive real‑time feedback wherever you are.
Each lab costs $805 to join, but if you bundle them with your purchase of the Advanced Course you can SAVE $200 per lab.
These labs are your chance to deepen skills, build confidence, and ensure mastery of these powerful techniques. They are not mandatory and can be added to your course fee.
We believe curiosity and growth never end. That’s why this course is updated every year with new clarity, research, and excitement. You can:
Get a front row seat to real client sessions! Includes 3 recordings of in-depth, two-hour instructional training sessions with an MS client, a Parkinson’s client, and a stroke client.
In this opening module, you’ll learn the Neuro Studio’s unique approach to the cerebellum using proprietary assessments and strategies you won’t find anywhere else. Instead of relying on traditional muscle testing or static assessments that often fail to measure what you think they do, you’ll learn how to cue and guide movement in a way that lets the cerebellum become the ultimate decision‑maker.
You’ll also be introduced to the Neuro Studio Methodology and our 4‑Quadrant Stability Model, with clear applications in Pilates, strength training, and everyday movement. This module is designed to expand your thinking in the best way possible – and you’ll be able to start integrating the work immediately. We begin with clients who have a larger margin of error and show you how to apply these techniques even in a group‑class setting to build your confidence from day one.
Now that you understand the science and structure behind the 4‑Quadrant Stability Model, we shift into applying it through the lens of the lower quadrant. At the Neuro Studio, we never treat the body in isolation – so while the lower quadrant is the focus, you’ll learn to observe how the entire system responds to it, and how the lower quadrant responds back.
You’ll explore new exercises, refine familiar ones, and learn how to ensure your clients receive the intended benefits of every movement. This module deepens your ability to see the body as an integrated system and to make precise, meaningful adjustments that create real change.
As we move up the chain, we dive into the upper quadrant – a notoriously sneaky problem area for many clients. You’ll learn targeted assessments and exercises that help you guide clients toward better stability, coordination, and performance.
Just like in Module 2, the upper quadrant is never treated alone. You’ll learn how the rest of the body responds to it, and how it influences the entire system. This module also introduces some elements of the visual system, a critical component of upper‑quadrant stability and efficient movement. You’ll begin to understand how the upper quadrant affects gait, posture, and overall motor control, and how to leverage it effectively.
Our final module brings everything together through the integration of the visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems to improve balance, gait, and overall movement efficiency.
This is not a weekend of random eye exercises that sound good in theory but never make it into your actual teaching. Instead, you’ll learn how to identify your clients’ sensory gaps, determine which system needs attention first, and understand how to support the others.
If you’re new to the visual or vestibular systems, don’t worry, Meghann’s teaching style makes these concepts feel intuitive. Through lecture, demonstration, and movement‑based practice, you’ll begin using these tools immediately. You’ll also learn how the cranial nerves fit into the picture, and rather than relying on gimmicky drills, you’ll discover how you may already be activating these pathways – and how to refine your approach to get the brain’s attention more effectively.
This course isn’t just about information—it’s about transformation. You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and the ability to apply neuro‑based strategies to every client, no matter their unique needs.

Once you sign up, you’ll gain instant access to the course materials, allowing you to dive into the content right away.

Neuro Labs are optional and offered at an additional fee of $805 per two-day lab, but if you bundle the lab with the purchase of the Advanced course you can save $200 per lab. They’re an incredible opportunity to deepen your learning, practice hands‑on techniques, and build confidence alongside peers and mentors. Join Meghann, in-person, for an Advanced Neuro Lab — a 2‑day immersive experience designed to help you practice, play, and fully integrate the advanced techniques from our Neuro Studio courses.
While each lab has its own unique rhythm, every participant lives with deeper understanding, hands‑on practice, and all their questions answered. The goal is to elevate your skills by fine‑tuning techniques that create meaningful shifts in client proprioception through the three primary sensory systems. You’ll also learn to integrate the visual and vestibular systems for lasting change – improving balance, gait patterns, and your ability to confidently apply these advanced strategies with every client.
We also offer a Zoom option for those who can’t attend in person. And because of our extensive experience teaching these methods both live and virtually, you won’t be passively watching. You’ll receive direct, personalized feedback from Meghann, Mariska, and a select group of our top Level 3 teachers – practitioners who have completed a year‑long mentorship and continue to study this work at the highest level.

Day 1 is all about embodied learning. You’ll get detailed demonstrations of both assessments and techniques, followed by dedicated time for self‑practice. Instead of generic cueing, you’ll receive personalized, real‑time feedback—hands‑on from Meghann if you’re in person, or direct guidance from Mariska and our top Level 3 teachers if you’re joining Zoom. Every correction is tailored to your unique responses, so you can feel the shifts in your own body as they happen.
Our goal for Day 1 is for you to leave with genuine confidence in your understanding and your ability to integrate the work in your own body – an essential foundation for any effective movement teacher.

Day 2 is all about real‑world application. You’ll observe real client demonstrations so you can practice not only your hands‑on techniques, but also sharpen your assessment skills – especially identifying the primary sensory input driving each client’s response. From there, you’ll move into guided practice to apply what you’ve seen in real time, building confidence rooted in true competency rather than theory alone.
You’ll also experience a scientific debrief that goes far beyond a standard Q&A. We break down the “why” behind every choice we make, sharing what we see, how we interpret it, and how those insights shape our next steps. This deeper dive helps you understand the work through your own unique lens, so you can apply these advanced strategies with clarity, precision, and authenticity.
This isn’t just theory. You’ll get your questions answered in a supportive environment, ensure you’re applying techniques correctly, and leave with the confidence to work with any client who walks into your studio.

Day 1 is all about you – because we teach best when we can first practice what we preach. You’ll spend the day exploring and embodying the techniques in your own body, building awareness and confidence from the inside out.

Day 2 begins with Meghann demonstrating assessments and techniques in real time, followed by a debrief for observations, questions, and direct feedback

Pair up to practice the same assessments and techniques with guidance from Meghann.

Move beyond understanding concepts – learn to implement them through your unique teaching lens while maintaining the integrity of the Neuro Studio approach.
